About The Role Full Time - Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 PM Shift As Clinical Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, personalised care for our residents. Leading a team of clinical and care professionals, you’ll oversee care planning, clinical governance, dementia and palliative care practices, and continuous improvement initiatives – all grounded in Eldercare’s values and commitment to excellence.
