Our clinic is growing and we are looking for a fun, passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join us. This will be a 2-3-day part-time position. Our clinic is open from Mondays to Saturdays. Yearly bonus system Very reasonable KPIs Essential criteria Bachelor or Masters Degree in Speech Pathology Has a minimum of 3 years of experience as a speech pathologist Has a 'can-do' attitude, is wanting to learn, is passionate, flexible, honest and reliable Current driver's licence and own car Full and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia Strong verbal and written communication skills Working with Children Check Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Excellent organisational and time management skills, and attention to detail Able to work collaboratively and independently Able to build strong rapport with clients and their families The Speech Pathologist role requires you to: Provide both in-clinic and mobile services Administer assessments and therapy sessions with clients and their families/carers Administer group therapy (social skills groups, language groups, School-readiness groups, literacy groups, social pairings) Complete all documentation within an appropriate time frame (reports, progress notes, other documentation) Liase with other professionals (teachers, educators, doctors, allied health professionals) If this sounds like a place you will thrive in, please do not hesitate to apply.
