About the role: As the first point of contact, you'll handle face-to-face and telephone customer interactions, managing sales, enquiries, and order preparation. Dive into a dynamic role with diverse daily responsibilities! Primary Responsibilities: Counter sales and enquiries Entering sales orders / answering telephone enquiries Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc. Picking and packing of orders, cutting material using an up-cut saw Operating forklifts for loading / unloading of trucks Vetting orders Product support to customers. About You You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.
