What You’ll Bring Previous experience as a Facility Manager (or equivalent leadership role). 3 years in aged care or healthcare. Knowledge of aged care funding and compliance standards. Strong leadership skills — you can inspire, retain, and grow teams. Current AHPRA RN registration. Analytical skills and budget management experience.
