This is a flexible role (4-5 days, 32-38 hrs per week) with weekend work optional - perfect for those seeking a family-friendly opportunity. About the Role You’ll be the welcoming face of our practice, helping patients through their journey with us. Duties include: Assisting with frame selection, lens fitting, adjustments, and repairs Providing a warm, personalised experience for every patient Handling administrative and reception tasks Keeping the practice running smoothly and organised What We’re Looking For Retail, admin, or customer service experience (essential) Optical experience is welcomed but not required - we’ll provide full training Great communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude Ability to build rapport and work as part of a supportive team Why Join Us?
