Little bit about the role Reporting to the Project Manager of the HCMS Project, this position is responsible for leading the technical implementation and integrations workstream of the HCMS project. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of all technical components, including integrations, environment management, cutover, technical system readiness and system decommissioning. This role requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience in system implementation and project delivery, particularly across HR, payroll and enterprise systems. You will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including IT, HR, Payroll, Dayforce, Deloitte and other vendors to ensure a seamless transition to the new system. Your responsibilities Lead technical implementation and integrations for the Dayforce HCM project, ensuring seamless data exchange across business systems. Oversee system readiness activities, including integration testing, environment setup and change management. Manage non-production environments, ensuring data integrity, access control and smooth environment refreshes. Develop and execute cutover and data migration plans, coordinating all technical activities for a successful transition from legacy systems. Ensure go-live readiness, supporting post-implementation hypercare and resolving any technical issues promptly. Oversee decommissioning of legacy systems, ensuring proper data archiving and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, managing dependencies, risks and project timelines. Contribute to organisational culture and safety, promoting continuous improvement and alignment with the values of the St Vincent de Paul Society. Why work for us?
