You’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales, profit and inventory performance across our women’s apparel category — partnering closely with buying, design and allocation teams to deliver collections customers love. What You’ll Be Doing Build merchandise financial plans and forecasts that drive growth and profitability. Shape the strategy for the category — right mix, price architecture and option count. Partner with Buyers to deliver commercially balanced ranges that excite customers. Manage OTB, inventory and markdowns to optimise stock flow and sell-through. Analyse performance and quickly respond to trading conditions and market trends. Coach and develop Planners and Allocators to ensure team capability and growth. What We’re Looking For A seasoned Merchandise Planner with 3 years’ experience managing a large, complex category. A strong understanding of Ladieswear Apparel — trend, product lifecycle, and seasonal buying patterns. Commercially astute with a deep grasp of OTB management and financial levers. Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment. Someone who loves to problem-solve, simplify and make an impact.
