You will oversee a small team of estimators, ensure accuracy in costings, and provide strategic input into bids for mechanical construction and maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation of detailed and accurate mechanical estimates Manage tender submissions and ensure deadlines are met Review and analyse drawings, specifications, and contract documents Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing Provide input on risk, value engineering, and project strategy Mentor and develop junior estimators within the team About You Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator or Estimating Manager Strong background in mechanical construction, industrial, or resources projects Excellent knowledge of estimating software and Microsoft Office Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills Effective leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities Mechanical trade or engineering qualifications (desirable) Why Apply?
