About the Role This is a rare chance to step into a senior leadership position within a growing consultancy with a national presence looking to grow their business into the Queensland market. Based in Brisbane, you will be the cornerstone of the Asset Advisory team in Queensland, leading client delivery, building relationships, and contributing to the firm’s long-term growth. Your work will span strategy, advisory, and delivery — from lifecycle modelling and FM frameworks to feasibility studies and procurement support. Alongside technical delivery, you’ll play a key role in mentoring junior staff and shaping the future direction of the business. With a clear progression path to directorship and equity participation, this role offers both professional and personal growth.
