Our client is an emerging Civil and Mining Services company with some very solid gold production contracts. They are currently looking for a mature Auto sparky that has knowledge of Toyota LV Buses and small trucks to mentor the development of a team of apprentices. Duties include: 60% working on tools to lead by example. 40% coaching and training young teammates. Distributing work to team. Ensuring an active role in a culture of growth and development.
