About Our Opportunity We’re looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our Rowville team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials to support our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily and cyclical purchasing activities Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance supply risk and customer demand Use ERP and Excel for purchasing and reporting Coordinate vendor onboarding and manage supplier relationships Support national procurement strategies and operational goals Ensure compliance with company policies and environmental standards Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries About You Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (highly desirable) Strong Excel and ERP system skills Excellent communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team Willingness to learn technical product and system knowledge Financial acumen and sound decision-making Stakeholder management and planning capabilities Why Join Us?
