Warehouse Assistant Port Melbourne Hourly rate of $35.32 super Immediate/ASAP start What You’ll Be Doing: Receive and put away stock efficiently using ERP systems – record all the important stuff like serial numbers, expiry dates, and lot details Pick, pack, and dispatch various orders – internal, external, demo – all with accuracy and speed Follow best practice in stock storage Capture all inventory movements in the system – from receipts to relocations to dispatches Ensure orders are packaged securely and clearly labelled for delivery Inspect products during inbounds and outbounds – report anything that doesn’t meet our standards Get involved in regular stocktakes and cycle counts Handle special stock (e.g. temperature-sensitive items) with care and in line with procedures What We’re Looking For: ✔️Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using ERP systems ✔️ A team player who’s proactive about safety and quality ✔️ Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly regarded ✔️ Availability for full-time work over the 6-month temp period Reference number: 12873 Company: MAYDAY Recruitment Date posted: 9th Sep, 2025
