Make an Impact We have a 6-month, fixed-term, full-time opportunity for a People Services Officer to join our People Services team. You will be responsible for contributing to the Endeavour Foundation people experience through accurately and timely transactional and lifecycle administration. Key duties of this role: Preparing offers, contracts (using templates), change requests and other HR related correspondence and administration. Responding to day to day HR related enquiries from the business. Maintaining the HRIS (PeopleSoft), ensuring a high level of data integrity. Generating HR reports from HRIS as requested. Maintaining accurate and complete electronic personnel files. Ensuring a positive employee experience for all new starters through all onboarding actions. To succeed in this role, you will have: A Certificate IV in Human Resources (or working towards obtaining) with progress towards other qualifications is desirable. HR administration experience or administration experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience using HR systems such as ServiceNow and PeopleSoft will be highly regarded, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms. Demonstrated understanding and application of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and employment contracts (highly desirable). You will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
