As the Acquisition SME you will be the go-to for all things products, sales and retention. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations for our product specialists across the Contact Centre and Retail Centres, making sure everything runs efficiently and that our Members get the exceptional service and accurate information that they expect. Your day to day Monitoring resources, workload traffic and ensuring service level agreements (SLA’s) are met while teams are handling inbound traffic and being responsive and friendly in all interaction Coaching and supporting our frontline teams to deliver outstanding conversations and results Sharing your knowledge of QCHF’s products while providing mentorship to our people, building trust and confidence with every Member interaction Keeping things compliant and efficient, ensuring we’re always up to date with policies, systems, and service standards Championing teamwork and growth, building capability through quick bite training sessions and daily collaboration About you You’re a natural communicator and motivator who thrives in a busy, people first environment. You love helping others succeed and comfortably provide coaching and problem-solving while driving results and Member outcomes.
