As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers' satisfaction by performing maintenance and repairs on windows and doors. Tasks & Responsibilities Identify and resolve on-site issues with windows and doors. Perform glazing tasks as needed. Conduct routine maintenance and service calls to ensure product performance. Deliver professional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns. Keep accurate records of service calls, parts used, and work completed. Work with the team to schedule and complete service jobs efficiently. Safely operate company vehicle and tools. Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
