About the Role The Media & Marketing Officer at Aegis Health is responsible for overseeing the marketing of our services and the digital channels to support the organisation's strategic goals. The role focuses on launching our new hospital to the community, our doctors, and staff as well as enhancing public image and engagement. This will involve healthcare communications expertise, digital marketing skills, and stakeholder management abilities. Role Objectives This role oversees marketing efforts to enhance brand reputation, increase patient and stakeholder engagement, and support service growth. Key responsibilities include brand management, media relations, digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution, stakeholder liaison, crisis communication, and regulatory compliance. The role also contributes to event planning and ensures consumer interactions align with Aegis Health’s values. Requirements of the Role Desirable Qualifications & Experience: · Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. · At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar marketing or communications role, ideally within healthcare or a regulated industry. · Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. · Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills. · Solid understanding of social media management and analytics tools. · Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. · High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders. · Knowledge of the Australian healthcare sector and relevant regulations is highly desirable. · Professional approach to liaising with all Health Care Practitioners, Staff and Fellow Colleagues.
