About Your Next Opportunity The Endpoint Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of IT assets, including the configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of laptops, mobile devices (primarily iOS), and desktop operating environments (Windows 11). You will provide comprehensive Level 1 and 2 technical support, encompassing the diagnosis and resolution of a diverse range of IT issues. This role will work closely with other members of the Business Systems Transformation (BST) team and external service providers to deliver seamless IT services and contribute to the broader strategic goals of the organisation.
