This senior leadership role is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of our inpatient therapy programs, community program, outpatient clinic, and Neurodivergent Assessment Centre. We are looking for a seasoned leader with proven expertise in operational management, clinical governance, and service development. The Allied Health Lead will: Drive innovation and excellence across specialised therapy services. Mentor and support allied health staff within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Contribute to teaching, professional development, research, and quality improvement. Embed evidence-based practice and foster workforce development. Shape the future direction of the service in alignment with Cabrini’s mission and values. About You As an Inpatient Therapy & Community Services Manager passionate for delivering exceptional care you will also have the following: Current registration with the relevant Board under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act (2009) (OT, Psych, Nursing), or an approved Social Work degree with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers. At least 10 years’ clinical experience, post registration. Desirable in a mental health setting.
