With a local, national, and international lens, you’ll be the person behind the scenes making sure our relationships with elected officials, departments, and agencies are strong, respectful, and well informed. This role is about more than just process. It’s about people. You’ll help us stay connected to the world around us, understand what’s changing, and respond with clarity and care. If you’re someone who enjoys working across teams, thrives on thoughtful communication, and wants to make a real impact during a key moment in someone else’s journey, we’d love to have you with us. About You: You’re someone who understands how government works - not just the formalities, but the relationships that make it tick. You’ve spent time in State or Federal government, or in a role where engaging with elected officials was part of your everyday. You know how to write clearly, speak with confidence, and offer advice that helps people make smart, informed decisions. You’ve got a degree in something like Public Policy, Politics, Journalism or PR, and you’re a strategic thinker who knows how to turn insight into action. You’re comfortable preparing submissions, briefing notes, and correspondence that hit the mark, and you’re just as confident collaborating across teams to get the details right. You’re curious, calm, and deeply committed to doing things properly. You keep your ear to the ground, spot opportunities early, and help others stay informed and prepared. You care about people, about how we communicate, how we show up, and how we build trust over time.
