As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our Finance team. What You’ll Do As our Financial Accountant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will: Financial Reporting & Month-End Processing Prepare internal and external financial reports. Support the month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Track KPIs and deliver variance analysis to support decision-making. Bookkeeping Oversee accounts payable and receivable. Process invoices, manage billing adjustments, and support debt collection. Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records. Business Partnering Build strong relationships with external advisors and financial institutions. Work with business units to gather data, prepare reports, and monitor performance. Support budgeting and forecasting processes to help operational teams stay aligned with financial goals. Provide timely financial information and respond to queries to support decision-making. Budgeting & Forecasting Contribute to annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles. Provide data analysis, insights, and financial modelling. Collaborate with department leaders to ensure alignment with strategy and operations. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and reporting. Promote best practices across the finance function to drive efficiency and accuracy. What We’re Looking For Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA/CA qualification (or working towards). Strong experience in financial reporting, month-end close, and reconciliations. Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate numbers into insights. A collaborative and proactive approach, with a keen eye for detail.
