For more than 60 years, we have created thriving places around the globe. About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to be part of our high-performing CIO team at Lendlease. As Senior Analyst, New Business, you will play a key role in the modelling and formation of new investment products across both Development and Investment and execute on and off market real estate acquisitions across a range of sectors which include office, industrial and logistics, retail and living. You’ll support the Senior Managers and Directors within the CIO team with investor facing financial analysis, investor presentations, market research and due diligence – helping to drive strategy and growth for the business. As an integral part of our CIO team, you’ll work at a strategic and detailed level across multiple Investment and Development products and work closely with those teams to create investor materials and analysis for new business opportunities. About You: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Business, Finance or related disciplines. Experience in the commercial real estate sector through funds/investment management, valuation, development or investment banking. Strong skills in financial modelling which include creating and maintaining financial models to analyse investment & development opportunities, performance calculations and asset valuation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collate information to present and influence audiences. balancing quantitative and qualitative evidence. Willingness and ability to work at a fast pace and ability to juggle competing priorities. Team player focused on working collaboratively within and across teams.
