Job Description To provide a high level of professional and confidential administrative support to the Group Executive Personal Injury and the Personal Injury Senior Leadership Team. This is a maternity cover for 12 months. Responsibilities include: Supporting the Group Executive Personal Injury and Personal Injury Senior Leaders, as required Acting as the point of contact among Personal Injury Leadership Team, employees, clients and other external partners Proactive diary management Calendar management Arrange, co-ordinate and prepare for stakeholder meetings Co-ordinate flights and accommodation for leaders Event co-ordination and bookings on behalf of leaders Arrange internal and external meetings, including room, teleconference and videoconference bookings, equipment set-up and catering on behalf of the leadership team, at their request Schedule meetings and record, prepare and distribute meeting minutes Draft/formatting correspondence, communications, PowerPoint presentations and other documents Maintaining databases and producing reports, as required
