Job Description What will you do? Working under the mentorship of a Lead ECT, and alongside a dedicated team of ECTs and Educators, your role involves collaborating with families, assessing children's development, and fostering a supportive team atmosphere. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences for small groups of children. Work closely with the other ECTs and Educators to create a warm and inclusive environment. Observe, document, and support each child’s growth and development. Build positive relationships with children, families, and the team. Maintain a safe and happy learning space that encourages curiosity and confidence. Contribute to team discussions, ideation and administrative tasks.
