Our team is expanding, and we are currently seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers who are passionate about making a meaningful difference. Key Responsibilities: · Accompanying individuals to appointments, social engagements, and community-based activities · Assisting with movement and mobility both within the home and outdoors · Supporting clients in meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met · Organising and facilitating recreational and wellbeing activities · Maintaining cleanliness of the living environment including basic cleaning duties · Helping clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal care tasks · Offering emotional support, companionship, and developing trusted relationships · Running errands or shopping on behalf of clients when required · Providing live-in support where applicable based on client needs About You: · Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification. · Minimum of a year experience in disability support, aged care, or community support role. · Strong understanding of NDIS and person-centered care principles. · Current First Aid and CPR certification. · National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain). · Valid Australian Driver’s License (preferred). · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. · Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities.
