To support our continual growth, we are seeking a Warehouse Officer to join our Port Hedland team . This is a full-time, permanent position on a 2/2 roster, FIFO from Perth . About the Opportunity Reporting to the Field Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations and ensuring all tooling, consumables, and equipment are maintained to operational and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Managing tooling containers, consumables, and spare parts for various sites across Western Australia Conduct container audits, cleaning and stocktakes Ensure accurate data capture of audits for reconciliation by asset administrators Maintain equipment certification standards and ensure testing and tagging are up to date Maintain warehouse/yard cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety standards Support general yard coordination and assist with asset movements as required Travel to remote RTIO & BHP sites to assist in testing and tagging activities Qualifications, Skills and Experience Previous experience with mining, maintenance, logistics or warehousing (3-5 years preferred) Previous site experience & ability to undertake site visits High attention to detail and a proactive work ethic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Forklift license (LF) and current Driver's License (HR preferred) Strong time management and organisational abilities Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Previous maintenance/project experience (highly regarded) Testing and tagging qualification (highly regarded) Rigging qualification for testing & tagging of lifting equipment (highly regarded) Who We Are MINPROVISE is a specialist products, engineering and services company providing expert support to the mining, oil & gas and construction industries.
