Position Overview: This newly created Client Success Specialist role will ensure an exceptional client journey from initial contact through to project delivery and ongoing nurturing. This strategic role is crucial for scaling the business efficiently and will provide ownership over systems development and enhance client connection across the entire client lifecycle.
