The exciting opportunity Provide interim Residential operational management across two residential aged care sites, filling a gap due to management annual leave Enjoy variety with potential roving between both locations based on operational needs Lead multidisciplinary teams to uphold high care standards, regulatory compliance, and positive resident outcomes Ensure appropriate staffing, professional development, rostering, and service innovation Manage budgets, funding compliance, and reporting requirements within a for-profit environment Build collaborative relationships with staff, residents, families, auditors, and the broader community Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation and service excellence Maintain a safe, welcoming, and professionally presented facility environment What makes this role great Strong remuneration package commensurate with the contract nature of the role Hands-on leadership opportunity with direct support from the Executive Manager of Operations and skilled teams across clinical care, administration, and governance Exposure to premium aged care accommodation settings and innovative practices About you Tertiary qualifications in health or related field (AHPRA-registered preferred—including allied health professionals with close clinical ties) Experience managing resources and people in a residential aged care setting Confident and collaborative leader with strong communication, conflict resolution, and team empowerment skills Proven financial acumen, compliant with funding, budgeting, and documentation requirements Current National Police Clearance, full working rights in Australia, and willingness to undertake relevant sector checks Able to provide after-hours support as needed What next Shortlisting will commence immediately for this fixed-term contract role.
