They are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join their team! The successful candidate will be spoilt with ongoing support and mentoring from an experienced management team. The Role: Responsible for a portfolio of up to 60 buildings and 800 lots Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients Conducting Owner Corporation (OC) meetings Committee and OC liaison Prepare financial budgets and send meeting agendas Respond to arrears/repairs and maintenance requests Ensure issues are followed up promptly They have off shore admin support The Person: At least 12 months experience in a Strata position Valid Certificate of Registration or Strata Management License A strong knowledge of the current strata law Strong written and verbal communication skills You must be a people person and team player Be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills The Benefits: Paying up to $120k schedule B's & introduced commissions!
