About the role We are seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to lead and deliver major organisational change initiatives that support our strategic objectives and drive meaningful business outcomes. In this role, you will work closely with leaders across the business to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of change, while also building change management capability through training and coaching. Working as a senior member of the Assets & Digital Change Team, you will be a key contributor to the divisional Community of Practice and the enterprise-wide change community within Essential Energy. You will help drive consistent change management practices and support capability uplift across the team, in alignment with the Essential Energy’s change management framework and methodology. This is a permanent role and can be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities include: Leading and executing end-to-end change programs for divisional project, programs and initiatives. Developing and implementing fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans. Proactively identifying and managing risks and issues impacting change delivery. Collaborating with business leaders and impacted teams to ensure alignment around project deliverables and timing. Building change management capability through internal training and coaching of team members, particularly around business readiness and change adoption. Articulating the impacts of change deliverables at all levels and working to ensure business readiness to take on the change. Finding efficiencies through the use of generative AI, continuous improvement activities and knowledge sharing. About You You are an experienced change leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. You bring a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for embedding sustainable change. Your expertise in recognised change management methodologies, combined with your ability to influence and drive outcomes through self and others, sets you apart. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Change Management and/or related disciplines such psychology or human resources, or demonstrated capability through past and current employment experience and/or relevant qualification.
