We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Student Journey Services team within the Student and Library Services Directorate. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for future, new and current students, providing support across a wide range of enquiries including admissions, enrolments, fees, courses and graduations. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, online chat, and face-to-face interactions on campus. Respond to Tier 1 enquiries using a structured customer experience model. Collaborate with teams across the university to resolve enquiries in line with policies and procedures. Provide timely, student-focused solutions that reflect Murdoch University’s values. This casual role attracts a competitive casual rate of $40 p/hr – $45 p/hr inclusive of 25% casual loading plus 12% employer superannuation contributions.
