Full-time 9-month fixed term contract with the possibility of permanency Adelaide CBD location with work from home opportunities Your new opportunity We're looking for a socials whiz, a natural storyteller and content creator to lead engagement with our passionate community across RAA's organic social channels. You'll manage and craft our content, coordinate community moderation, schedule, report and work within an amazing team of communications professionals. In addition, you will: Contribute to and execute RAA’s social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok, working closely with our digital agency partner to drive engagement and foster vibrant online communities. Develop creative and relevant content ideas that spark engagement and support RAA’s strategic goals. Lead, mentor and support our Digital Communications Coordinator Work closely with teams across the organisation to coordinate social media communications that promote RAA as 1 Brand. About You: You’ll be a confident, passionate, and self-motivated individual with a genuine enthusiasm for all things social media. Thriving in a high-performing, creative environment, you’ll bring fresh ideas, initiative and drive. We’re also looking for: Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations or similar is desired. Experience leading social media channels, including ideation, content creation and community moderation is essential. Knowledge of the social media landscape and key current and emerging platforms. Strong relationship building abilities, underpinned by exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Intermediate skills in design software (Adobe Premiere Pro or Canva, for example).
