About the Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality patient care, and a positive team culture. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and supporting a team of administrative and clinical staff Overseeing daily operations, HR functions, and rostering Maintaining compliance and accreditation standards Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement Building strong relationships with doctors, staff, and patients Driving a culture of excellence and patient-focused service About You Proven experience as a Practice Manager (or Assistant Practice Manager ready to step up) Strong business and operational management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A proactive and solution-focused mindset High attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing demands Experience with practice accreditation and compliance (desirable) A genuine passion for providing quality healthcare A confident and approachable leader who enjoys a dynamic environment.
