Position Overview: As a Marketing Specialist in Dhursan Homes, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing strategic marketing campaigns to support sales objectives. You will work closely with executives to advise on effective advertising strategies and help create consumer awareness, ensuring goods and services are effectively promoted. Your role will involve coordinating the production of advertising materials, analysing consumer data, predicting trends, and researching new market opportunities to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Advertising & Marketing Planning Design, implement, and manage advertising campaigns that align with brand identity, sales objectives, and overall business goals. Collaborate with senior executives to ensure marketing strategies support broader organisational priorities and consumer expectations. 2. Client & Executive Consultation Provide expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on effective advertising approaches tailored to target audiences and market dynamics. Recommend integrated marketing solutions that maximise campaign impact and ROI. 3. Campaign Production & Creative Oversight Oversee the development and execution of marketing materials including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and video production. Ensure all creative outputs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet brand standards. 4. Consumer Engagement & Promotional Strategy Develop promotional tactics that highlight product features and benefits to drive consumer awareness and engagement. Craft messaging that communicates clear value propositions across multiple channels. 5. Market Research & Demand Forecasting Conduct in-depth market research to assess demand, identify opportunities, and forecast industry trends. Commission and manage research initiatives to uncover consumer needs and emerging market segments. 6. Consumer Data Analysis & Insights Analyse consumer behaviour, purchasing patterns, and demographic data to inform campaign strategies and product positioning. Use data-driven insights to refine messaging and optimise campaign performance. 7. Trend Monitoring & Predictive Strategy Stay ahead of market shifts by monitoring consumer trends and preferences. Leverage analytics and forecasting tools to anticipate future behaviours and adjust marketing efforts accordingly. 8. Marketing Mix & Business Growth Support Advise on all elements of the marketing mix including pricing, promotions, distribution, and customer relations. Develop and execute marketing programs that support sustainable business growth and cross-functional alignment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience (1 years) in marketing, advertising, or related areas. Strong understanding of market research methods, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and deliver campaigns on time and within budget. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration. Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms, CRM systems). Ability to analyse data and trends to drive marketing strategies
