Position Overview Join the exciting journey of our brand-new, purpose-built Schofields service, catering for 120 children across six beautiful learning rooms . As a Room Leader , you’ll take the lead in your room’s daily operations, ensuring high-quality education, consistent routines, and a warm, inclusive atmosphere. You’ll inspire and mentor your team of educators to deliver engaging, play-based programs that nurture each child’s learning, confidence, and wellbeing. Responsibilities Lead and guide the educators in your room, fostering teamwork and professional growth. Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality learning programs in line with the EYLF and NQS. Maintain effective routines and a safe, organised, and engaging learning space. Champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care. Build strong, respectful relationships with families and keep them informed of their child’s progress. Support the centre’s culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
