Overview The Chief Executive Officer role at Careers at Council is based in Three Springs, Western Australia. The position is offered under a performance-based contract up to five years. Oversee delivery of community-based projects and programs, with strong problem-solving and outcomes focus. Navigate political, economic, and social challenges facing Western Australia local government. Qualifications and Experience Senior executive with a track record of leadership and governance in a complex organization. Experience in innovative project management and delivering community-based programs. Understanding of WA local government challenges and regional development dynamics.
