What you'll do: Deliver warm, professional service at check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest journey Manage bookings, payments, and guest requests efficiently and accurately Resolve issues with care and confidence to ensure guest satisfaction Work closely with other departments to create a seamless stay for every guest Maintain a well-presented front desk and uphold IHG brand standards What we're looking for: A passion for hospitality and genuine care for people Strong communication and multitasking skills Strong computer literacy and confidence using hotel or booking systems Confidence in handling guest enquiries and challenges Experience in Front Office or customer service is ideal, but not essential - we'll provide full training Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays Why Join Us?
