The successful candidates will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires flexibility, with shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Availability on both Saturday and Sunday is essential. You already come with the following: The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers Showcase product features and benefits to drive sales Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building Adept with computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage) At Snooze, you will: Building relationships with customers in order to provide expert sleep solutions Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience At Snooze, we reward being authentic, showing respect, taking responsibility, and working together in the constant pursuit of improvement.
