The Visitor Services Officer will welcome visitors with a positive experience, whilst providing knowledge of Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village Precinct and wider Warrnambool region including its history and features. The successful applicant will have: Knowledge and experience in public services – tourism, hospitality or interpretative areas. Knowledge of tourism products and services - specifically history, geography, features and attractions. High level of communication skills and customer service Skills and knowledge in the areas of promotion, sales and public speaking This position is predominately weekend work due to the nature of the role. The Benefits The casual position offers an hourly rate of $42.33 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading). The temporary part time position offers an hourly rate of $33.87 per hour, and will conclude on 2 November 2026. This role is required to work a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight. Both positions work across a 7 day roster.
