About the role: Initially Part time Providing exceptional patient experience Providing efficient admin and reception support for our practitioners Representing our business and our team Answering telephone and e-mail enquiries and directing calls appropriately Scheduling and managing patient appointments Patient invoicing and payments Maintaining accurate patient records and database Handling medical correspondence and filing Assisting with general office duties and administration tasks You will be challenged, and you will be supported This is a rewarding role in a friendly, supportive team providing an important service to our appreciative community About you: Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn and adapt Resilient Professional and compassionate attitude Experience using Medical Director may be an advantage, however previous 4 points are more important Greek language skills may be an advantage Knowledge of medical terminology, billing and healthcare industry practices may be an advantage About us: We are not corporate.
