Key responsibilities Build and nurture connections in the A&D sector, including attending industry events, trade shows, and "lunch and learn" presentations Learn and absorb knowledge of the flooring and carpet sector, including technical specifications, aesthetic qualities, installation methods, and maintenance requirements Maintain sample libraries in architectural and design firms, ensuring the latest product samples are top-of-mind when designers are starting a new project Conduct client meetings and presentations, including understanding a client's design vision and providing tailored solutions Manage projects from their early design stages and specification through to procurement and installation Skills and experience A strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to their career An open-minded learner who is motivated to absorb knowledge and take on new challenges Aspirations to become a leader, with prior experience in mentorship or training highly regarded While A&D sales experience is a plus, no prior experience in the flooring industry is required
