In addition to our core business, we manage two independent venues under operating agreements, creating a growing multi-site portfolio. To support our ongoing expansion and data-driven decision making, we are seeking a talented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities Review and assess business processes across the company’s owned and managed bar and restaurant venues, identify problems, and suggest improvements. Prepare functional requirements and system specifications for POS systems, inventory management, financial reporting, and staff rostering to support multi-site operations. Collect and analyze operational and customer data, and prepare business reports to support management decisions. Research and recommend new systems or tools to improve efficiency and customer experience. Work with different departments to gather and confirm business requirements, ensuring systems meet company objectives. Take part in system implementation by defining requirements, assisting with design, and checking that outcomes meet business needs. Coordinate with software vendors, service providers, and internal teams to make sure systems are integrated and run smoothly across all venues. Maintain data security and compliance measures to ensure privacy and system safety under Australian regulations. Write user manuals and training materials, and provide training to staff to ensure effective system use. Check system performance on a regular basis, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to support ongoing growth. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. • At least 3 years of relevant experience in business or financial analysis • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and deliver insights under tight deadlines.
