North Queensland X-ray Services Cairns – Sonographer Advertisement North Queensland X-ray Services is a Private Diagnostic Imaging provider in Cairns, offering a comprehensive range of services including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, General X-ray, Echocardiography and Interventional Procedures. We are currently looking for competent and motivated Sonographers to join our young and dynamic team. The role: Full-time position, mixed caseload. Operating hours are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm & Saturday 8am-1pm. Key position focus: A commitment to excellent patient care and customer service; A high level of experience in General Ultrasound, MSK & Obstetrics; Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with referrers and colleagues. To be considered for the role, you must have: Accreditation with ASAR; Experience in general, MSK & Obstetrics essential; Experience in vascular desirable; Ability to work well in a team environment; Strong patient centered care focus. Good written and verbal communication skills Strong technical and computer skills. Accurate and sharp attention to detail. Positive attitude and the ability to show initiative.
