Lead a passionate team focused on client engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Your Key Focus Build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders to understand client needs and resolve issues. Extensive experience in client relationship development and management, including handling client or customer enquiries. Skilled in research and analysis to inform strategies, plans, and actionable insights. Experienced in collaborating and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders, including those with diverse communication needs. Experience or ability to adapt quickly to the disability services sector and/or not-for-profit organisational context.
