(EAP) for you and your family About the Opportunity As an Enrolled Nurse - Medication Endorsed, you will be responsible for the provision of high quality of care to our residents, to facilitate and support their continued enjoyment of life within their level of capability. Assist the Registered Nurse with resident assessments and care plans Implementation of care plans for each resident Accurately report and record information relevant to the residents’ care and condition Deliver a holistic concept of care, utilising the ‘Person Centred Care’ approach About You To be successful, you'll need: AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse Med endorsed Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and co-workers The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination and may be required to undertake a NDIS check.
