You will work with, and be supported by, a team of highly qualified and experienced Sustainability and Climate professionals within our Environmental Management & Approvals (EM&A) team and have access to environmental experts and auditors nationwide working on a variety of projects including on energy transition, land remediation and risk management . You will have the opportunity to work w ith both SMEs and large national and multinational companies across a variety of industr y sectors . As a member of the Sustainability and Climate services team you will : Contribute to l iving the Senversa culture by assisting in creating a supportive, nurturing and exciting workplace. Support our clients in responding to Australia’s internationally leading climate change regulation . Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver tailored climate risk assessments . Prepare greenhouse gas emissions analys e s and NGER and NPI emissions reports . Co-author and lead sustainability report s. Support our clients in enhancing their environmental and sustainability management systems , processes and ambition . Prepare greenhouse gas and climate impact assessments as part of development approvals . Contribute to our strategic advisory services. Participate in r egular liaison and networking with clients, contractors and sub-contractors. Adopt digital skills in the assistance of the delivery of our projects. Bring an initiative to learn and develop in a multi-disciplinary environment. Highly desirable professional skills you will bring to the team Bachelor of Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering ( e.g. Environmental / Chemical) , or other relevant major . Minimum 3 years’ experience Ability to apply a risk-based approach to problem solving. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Lateral thinking, problem solving and strong collaboration and team working abilities. Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with peers, direct reports and clients. Previous experience in a similar role . Don’t worry if you don’t have all of skills outlined above.
