We’re currently seeking an HR Advisor and HR Business Partner to join a collaborative, values-driven People & Culture team. About the roles: Working across the full employee lifecycle, you’ll provide trusted HR advice and hands-on support in a dynamic, people-first environment. Providing timely and accurate advice on Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and employment legislation; Partnering with leaders to coach and guide on performance management, conduct, and capability development; Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain great people; Driving and supporting HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and wellbeing; Supporting WorkCover and return-to-work processes with empathy and professionalism; and Assisting with reward and recognition programs that celebrate contributions and strengthen culture. About you: You’re a proactive and approachable HR generalist who thrives in a people-centred environment. You bring strong communication skills, a solution-focused mindset, and a genuine interest in supporting others to do their best work. Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a community, health, or purpose-driven organisation; Solid understanding of HR legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements; Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills; and A collaborative approach and passion for continuous improvement.
