Job Title: Mobile Physiotherapist Location: Logan, QLD Contract Type: Part time to full time role Pay Rate: $45-$50 We are seeking a highly qualified, compassionate, and reliable Mobile Physiotherapist to join our dedicated, values-driven team. This role involves providing exceptional, person-centered physiotherapy services to clients in the comfort and convenience of their homes or residences. You will be a specialist in mobile health , committed to enabling clients to achieve sustainable, independent, long-term outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments to evaluate clients' needs, goals, and functional capacity. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique environment and conditions. Provide a full range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, pain management, mobility training, and prescription of aids and equipment. Ensure all care delivered is high-quality, safe, and aligned with professional standards and organizational values. Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed client records and progress notes in compliance with legal and organizational requirements. Effectively communicate with clients, their families, and caregivers, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Actively connect and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (e.g., Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists), referrers, specialists, and other services to ensure holistic client care. Qualifications and Experience: Holds General AHPRA registratiom Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy. Demonstrated commitment to person-centered and holistic care. Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in community or mobile health. Excellent clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills. Valid Australian Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
