Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing unit-based clinical pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team Participating in rotations across multiple clinical streams Supporting learners and contributing to ongoing staff education Gaining credentialing for Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and other advanced scope programs Promoting best-practice medication management and patient continuity of care This position offers excellent exposure to advanced practice initiatives and a strong culture of professional growth.
