About the Opportunity A s a key member of the In Service Support team, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations team with administrative, transactional and general support in delivery of vessel service visits and the day to day operation of the Service Centre. The role will work closely with the operations team to gather project information and data, to assure administrative functioning and closeout of quality documentation. What’s Involved Develop and maintain accurate systems and registers in line with project requirements. Provide level of administration support that fosters an environment of efficiency, accuracy and order of priority. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports in line with Austal standards and project requirements. Assist Operations and Admin team with general administration duties . You’ll Need Essential Minimum Diploma in Business Office Administration and/or relevant experience working in an administrative/ project support role. Practical/ Trade experience and knowledge of the type of work that is reported on. Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact and communicate positively and professionally, both verbally and written. Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing multiple tasks/projects. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proven high quality output. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Desirable Knowledge of Project management, processes and planning. Why Join Us?
