QA and Test Engineer (AU, eCommerce, Remote) Schedule: 7 am - 4 pm PHT Location: Philippines - Work From Home What We're Looking For Must-Have Skills: 3-5 years' experience in a senior software QA/testing role, with strong experience in automation and manual testing Strong proficiency in TypeScript Experience working with integration platforms (middleware/iPaaS) and third-party systems Expertise in RESTful API testing frameworks and tools Strong understanding of distributed systems (e.g. microservices, event-driven architectures) Demonstrated ability to lead and execute test strategies, test plans, and test case development Skilled in CI/CD testing pipelines, preferably YAML-based Experience with manual and automated functional, regression, performance, ETL, and end-to-end testing Familiarity with data reconciliation and quality assurance between systems Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Highly Valued: Experience guiding engineering teams on testing best practices Ability to propose design changes to improve testability Familiarity with performance/load/stress testing tools Background in mentoring, coaching, and QA process improvement Previous exposure to iPaaS/Middleware platforms What You'll Do As a Senior QA and Test Engineer within the Supply Chain & Operations team, you'll play a key role in maintaining engineering quality, improving automation infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability of critical eCommerce operations. You'll work with both proprietary and third-party services across a variety of testing strategies.
